At Artchain, the Experience team’s aims are to present, create and maintain the physical and operational infrastructure as an extension and manifestation of our brand and product online. Some may ask why it is important to invest resources to create a quality experience. My general response is that creating effective environments as an art is always rewarding because it moves people, creates opportunities for sharing experiences, and helps foster the community. Create artistic, innovative and positive experiences with Artchain, essential to the achievement of our mission. To “make the art of the world accessible to anyone with access to the Internet,” Artchain must become a strong and positive force in the art world, which is not insignificant in a highly competitive and critical landscape. The worlds of art, design and hospitality are closely linked and work together. So, if we demonstrate that we are actively thinking and contributing to creative discourse in all areas of our brand and not just in our online presence, we will build trust and credibility in the world, we hope to work and collaborate.
Our corporate values indicate that we value quality worthy of art. We believe that humans are of utmost importance and we strive to embody “openness” and “positive energy”. We are also constantly exploring the context of Art and Science. I believe that our physical spaces can integrate these values, just as our products, our organizational structure and our style of communication must do. Deliberate spatial and aesthetic choices from a solid perspective can be a concrete example of the goals of our society in the digital world. In the past, Artchain did not prioritize these elements, which makes sense. To begin, we needed to prioritize and allocate the resources and time needed for our key products. However, as we grow in size and visibility, our activities in various areas of the organization will increasingly influence our social capital and, as a result, our success.
