The Technology
UFan8 applies a number of technologies from Backend and Front-end enabling technologies to Billing. It has created the UFan8 webapp and the UFan8 mobile apps. The UFan8 Audience Relationship Manager (ARM) is a platform that is incorporated into the front-end technology to create performance rooms for our performers and track them according to groups and locations. And from the Back-end, the Wowza streaming server is in place to channel streams from broadcasters and distribute it to viewers. An Amazon web service is also incorporated into Billing to make available the required infrastructure to build a reliable and scalable system.
